Standard booth package, vendor social promotion after payment, and a recorded 15-minute vendor interview/video.
The three premium stage opportunities are sold separately: two stage-baler placements and one stage sponsorship, each at $2,500. This creates visibility for three different partners; no single-company stage buyout is offered. Stage naming does not change the Beyond The Bale event name. Final vendor terms remain subject to the signed event agreement.

Help the next generation get in the room.
Your sponsorship covers event admission and meals for 10 FFA, 4-H or agriculture students interested in forage, cattle, agronomy and equipment. They join the full event, learn alongside producers, meet businesses and make connections that can shape their future in agriculture.
